WTRRA arena open to the community

The Whitewater Therapeutic Riding Facility is open to the public!

The WTRRA indoor arena is open to the public! While therapeutic riding and equine assisted activities have priority, the public is invited to use the arena during open arena hours. The gates to the arena open at 7:30 a.m. and the arena closes at 9:30 p.m.   

WTRRA depends on donations, memberships and grants to maintain and upgrade the facility. Donations are also important to provide equine assisted activities to those served by our mission.

If you enjoy the facility and/or are a frequent we appreciate a generous donation or membership. Your membership helps WTRRA provide services to individuals served by our mission.

Please sign-in each time you ride at the arena.  This information is important for insurance and grant purposes.  Please read the arena rules, sign the releases and insert them in the folder provided at the south end of the arena. Membership forms are also available.
WTRRA appreciates a $2.00-$5.00 per person per ride, arena use donation to help cover the heat, light and arena up-keep expenses.

Individuals using the arena to teach or train and are charging the participants must provide WTRRA proof of insurance. We ask that you donate 10% to WTRRA. 


  WTRRA will reserve the arena for special events. clinics, workshops but not for everyday random use by the public. During open arena hours riders will be expected to share the arena. While membership in WTRRA is not a requirement to use the facility WTRRA anticipates that individuals and organizations will support WTRRA programs and facility upkeep and maintenance through on-going donations. 

During the winter months groups will be charged an arena use fee to cover lights and heat. Individuals are asked to donate towards utilities following each use. A $2.00-$5.00 per ride/per individual is suggested.  A donation box is available for you donation.
